Microdermabrasion is a mechanical exfoliation which removes the outer layer of dead skin cells. At Laser Beauty Solutions we use diamond microdermabrasion which does not have the risks associated with the older crystal microdermabrasion. A diamond abrasive wand removes the dead skin cells which are then vacuumed up by the machine.
